Probate.  There are several types of probate in Texas.  Elizabeth listens to her clients and advises on the quickest and most cost-effective path to transfer title to assets.  Sometimes, probate is not necessary.

Real Estate.  Elizabeth has helped many clients with real estate issues.  Sometimes a demand letter is enough to resolve the issue, sometimes not.  Her focus is on resolving the issue in the most expedient way.

Litigation.  Although Elizabeth is a trained and experienced litigator, she attempts to avoid litigation because it is costly and stressful to everyone involved.  She focuses on resolution.  She represents both plaintiffs and defendants.
