Harlin Dean embarked on his professional journey in 1991, beginning his career on Wall Street. After a year, he transitioned to the Dallas area in 1992. For over 12 years, Harlin gained extensive experience working at major, full-service law firms, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, SEC reporting, corporate governance, and contract negotiations.

From 2002 to 2022, Harlin served as the General Counsel for three companies, significantly broadening his legal expertise. He held this role at a public refining company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, a private equity-owned aerospace manufacturing firm, and a NASDAQ-listed bitcoin mining company.
During his tenure as General Counsel, Harlin’s responsibilities expanded beyond corporate law to encompass areas such as real estate, regulatory compliance, employment law, intellectual property, litigation management, bankruptcy proceedings, and other legal matters.
Additionally, Harlin further augmented his executive experience by assuming roles as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Administrative Officer, and Head of Risk Management.
