Mediation

Because we care... We find creative solutions

The Mediation team at Allen Texas Attorneys are passionate about dispute resolution. Litigation is costly, stressful, and unpredictable. Therefore we work to bring parties to an amicable resolution through creative solutions. We provide:

  • Full Day Mediation (7 hours + 30 minute lunch)
  • Half-Day Mediation (4 hours)
  • Short-Day Mediation (3 hours)
  • Simple Mediation (2 hours)

Full Day Mediation

Some cases require a full day mediation to best allow the parties to develop the case and facts.  It also gives each party time to consider all of their options for full resolution of their case.  Full day mediation is available from 9:30am-5:00 pm.  If there are more than two parties, the rate is $750.00 per party. Lunch Provided.

4 Hour Mediation

Half day mediation is helpful for cases involving disputed factual issues and is needed to develop the case and facts for either side.  4 hour mediation is available from 9:30-1:30 or 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The rate is $400 per party.

3 Hour Mediation

Short day mediations are available with a start time ranging from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.   This level of mediation is helpful as it allows some time for development of the case and for exchange of basic case information. The rate is $300 per party.

2 Hour mediation

While most cases require at least a half day to have a good chance of resolution, two-hour mediations may be available on a limited basis for simple cases. This level of mediation is helpful if discovery is complete, and depositions have been taken. A 2-hour mediation moves quickly but may not be effective if information needs to be exchanged between the parties or position clarification is needed. Contact us to determine if your case would be a good fit. $200 per party is the rate.

Additional Time

When choosing your time needed, be sure to allow time to complete the necessary documents for concluding mediation.  Time overages are charged at $250 per party/per hour.
